GlidePath WBL is a product of Roundhouse Partnership Solutions, a professional services firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Its mission and scope of services were developed based on decades its founder has spent in the education/industry partnership space. The organization seeks to solve the essential challenges that prevent transformative change in talent and workforce development.
Brett Pawlowski is founder and president of Roundhouse Partnership Solutions. He has spent more than 20 years working on industry/education partnerships. He was the architect and developer of GlidePath WBL, a market-leading work-based learning application serving over 1,000 high schools and colleges (now part of YouScience’s Brightpath suite of tools). He is the author of The Advisory Board Advantage, the Employer Engagement Toolkit, Building Advisory Boards that Matter (with Hans Meeder), two state handbooks on advisory boards, and dozens of white papers, briefs, and survey reports. He has consulted with national corporations and nonprofits, industry organizations, state departments of education and school districts on partnership strategy, work-based learning, advisory boards, and education outreach.
He was president of DeHavilland Associates from 2005-2012, co-founder and executive vice president of the National Center for College and Career Transitions (NC3T) from 2012-2022 and, after overseeing the acquisition of NC3T to YouScience in 2022, product manager and director of workforce development for that company until 2024.
